Granular cell ameloblastoma: A rare and unique variant

Ameloblastoma is a slow-growing and locally invasive epithelial odontogenic tumor of the jaw that runs benign course in most cases. Granular cell ameloblastoma rare subtype ameloblastoma, showing granular transformation its cytoplasm. It considered as an aggressive variant ameloblastoma. Herein, we report case 34-year-old male patient who presented with swelling left cheek for 1-year duration recent rapid increase size. Examination showed 4 × 3 cm growth involving buccal mucosa retromolar area. Imaging studies expansile lytic lesion mandible. Biopsy revealed neoplasm islands peripheral palisading tall columnar cells reversal polarity center stellate reticulum-like which were markedly replaced by cells. can appear various non- tumors. When there extensive change it should be differentiated from other oral lesions including tumor, congenital epulis.Herein one-year 4x3 reticulum like nonodontogenic tumour, tumour epulis.
